2013年春，我非常荣幸地进入韩美大家庭，这是我的第一份企业工作，感谢韩美给了我这次珍贵的机会。韩美人的严谨、自信以及对研发的投入，令我印象深刻。从先前的初来乍到，到现在的渐渐熟悉；从项目经验为零，到现在的渐入佳境，个人从中受益匪浅。毋庸置疑，韩美为每个人提供了一个成长锻炼、展示自我的优秀研发平台。

清晰记得，首次申请项目的精雕细琢，以及顺利立项的那份激动；难以忘怀，建立生物分析和质控平台的艰辛与挫折。感谢志同道合、荣辱与共的韩美领导、同事兼战友，是你们让一切成为可能。

长期摸索、失败-成功-失败的反复，是新药研发的艰苦脚注。韩美研究人员将以更加积极热情的心态，和公司共同迎接新的挑战。

I’m very pleased to entry Hanmi in the Spring of 2013, it’s my first job in enterprise, thank you for give me the precious opportunity. I’m very impressed by the rigorous, self-confidence and R&D investment of Beijing Hanmi. I learned a lot during the transition from a freshman in Hanmi to a team leader and project leader. There’s no doubt, Hanmi provide an excellent R&D platform for everyone to grow and show themselves.

I clearly remember, the carefully revision of my first project application and the excitement of project establishing. I also can’t forget the difficulty and frustration of biological analysis and quality control platform construction. Thanks to Hanmi leaders, colleagues and team members, who together made it possible.

Long-term exploring, failure and success again and again is the hard footnotes of new drug research and development. All Hanmi people will meet new challenges with more active and enthusiastic attitude.
